Join mallory Grimm Tubbs of LUNCH in Sewanee for a day of pasta making and a delicious meal. Students will learn to make and shape several different types of pasta doughs and fillings as well as learn to make a few types of sauces using ingredients from the farm! We will enjoy our homemade pasta and sauces for lunch, as well as send students home with some homemade pasta ready to put in the freezer or cook and share with their family.
